Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026. These terms apply to “Unblurly: Unblur Photo Offline” (package com.theyourlist.unblurly) by TheYourList.

1. The app

Unblurly is provided “as is”. How much a photo can be improved depends on the photo and on your phone's hardware; AI sharpening estimates detail and can make mistakes. Keep your originals, which the app never changes.

2. Your photos

Use Unblurly only with photos you own or have the right to edit. You remain responsible for how you use and share the results.

3. Unblurly Pro

Unblurly is free to use with ads. Unblurly Pro removes ads and unlocks Upscale 4×, Fix many, High strength and Focus peaking. Pro is offered as a yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial where eligible), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app for your country.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled, and are charged to your Google Play account. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends to avoid the next charge. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. The lifetime purchase is paid once and does not renew. Purchases can be restored on the same Google account. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.

4. Ads and rewarded videos

The free version is supported by ads. Watching a rewarded video unlocks one Pro tool for 30 minutes; nothing is unlocked if the video is not completed.

5. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
